The air-filled cat, “Mikan” was clutching an adorable shrimp and intended to recline atop the Kaohsiung Music Center, but it seems to be losing steam. Regarding this, the Cultural Affairs Bureau spoke out and said that the balloon vanished as a result of the employees accidently scratching Mikan's right eye with a tree branch while they filled the air due to the heavy wind. The manufacturer has also been alerted to fix the hole immediately, and they have confirmed that the little hole won't influence how the work is shown.
