New immigrants living in Taiwan face many challenges, one of many is balancing their studies, work, family, and personal life. To increase competitivity among new immigrants, the National Immigration Agency (NIA) provides skill certifications and licenses.

The "New Immigrants Learning Center" of Jincheng Junior High School (KCJH, 金城國中) in Jinmen County provides counseling for new immigrant mothers to apply for “New Immigrants and their children Training Scholarship Program" subsidy. With a total of 14 winners receiving NTD5,000.

The New Immigrants Learning Center, KCJH stated the NIA is committed to providing services to new immigrants in Taiwan. In addition to this program, other scholarships like scholarships for outstanding overseas Chinese students are also available at all school levels.

The New Immigrants Learning Center, KCJH is more than willing to help new immigrants apply for certificates, licenses, and scholarships. Start by registering for an account, filling in relevant information, and checking if all requirements have been uploaded.

The learning center reminds new immigrants applying for the scholarship certification must hold the certificate for 3 years. Each person can apply 3 times. The acceptance period is February of every year.
