Currently, the severe special infectious pneumonia (Wuhan pneumonia) has continued to spread, and schools are about to start. To strengthen foreign students' and migrant workers' health and safety, Taipei City Government particularly translates the main points of the epidemic prevention into English, Philipino, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Thai to remind foreign students and migrant workers to understand and pay attention to relevant prevention measures and to call on the public to inform their foreign friends to protect people's health together.

Taipei City Government particularly teaches foreigners in Taiwan how to prevent the epidemic and appeals to people who have a fever and cough to wear a mask, practice regular handwashing with soap, and avoid going to public places such as hospitals and traditional markets. If there's a need to go to hospitals, please wear a mask for the whole day and avoid touching wild animals or birds.

If you have a fever (≧38℃), acute respiratory symptoms (such as coughing ), or travel history to China before the onset of symptoms, please wear a mask, call the Epidemic Prevention Line 1922 or Taipei City Government epidemic control hotline 2375-3782, seek medical treatment as soon as possible, and inform the doctor of your travel history, job information, and contact history.
