Taichung City Hall held an economics conference on 22nd about encouraging female new resident to cooperate with others and start their business.
The conference was opened by associate professor from National Taipei University, Liang Ling Jing, speaking about Global Cooperative Economy. There were many female new residents who came here to learn more about how to cooperate with their abilities, finance and how to connect each other on platform. Director of the Taichung social affair bureau, Peng Hua Zhen, appreciates every non-government’s effort for creating opportunities for the new resident to start their own business, promoting foreign food by setting up a cooperation.
Taichung Strangers Cooperation will set up locations for people and the new resident to buy their local foods in a more convenient way. Besides, there are also storytelling shared by the new resident, exhibitions from the new resident family helping center, multicultural library and new resident community service team. By connecting the official and the non-government association, it its beneficial to the new resident with their new lives here in Taiwan.
