Both are members of the Labor and Youth Development Department. Chen and Chi have been married in Taiwan for decades and both hold master's degrees and are employed in jobs dealing with migrant worker-related affairs.

Despite the high volume of information regarding the epidemic, both Chen and Chi do their best to present accurate information to migrant workers through their multilingual services. They both believe that it is important to help those in need to fight the epidemic together.
