Eight "Asian Culture and Food Workshops" (亞洲文化美食工作坊) events were started by the Tainan City Government's Xinying Cultural Center, which invited culinary culture lecturers from Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia to deliver the most genuine foreign cuisine feast.

As the number of new immigrants to the area rises every year, food has emerged as a crucial tool for analyzing diversity. As a result, the Tainan City Xinying Cultural Center has been hosting foreign cultural and culinary seminars since 2020, actively fostering cultural exchanges and drawing passionate participation from the general public.

New immigrants from Vietnam and Indonesia (童氏容,林潔怡) offered their knowledge of the region's food, as well as its numerous distinctive tourist attractions and traditional costume at the event.

More workshops and events will be introduced in the future, according to the Xinying Cultural Center, and registration will likely start in September. Everyone who is interested is welcome to take part.
