"Wan Li Xiang Fusion Restaurant with Menu-Free Dining" - Yang Xin-Yi & Huang Shu-Yun
Huang Shu-Yun, responsible for her family’s daily meals, has impressed her family with her unique culinary skills and approach to ingredients. During a family gathering, her daughter Yang Xin-Yi proposed the idea of opening a restaurant, sparking a mother-daughter venture. With her family’s support, Shu-Yun acquired her Chinese cooking certification and prepared for the restaurant’s operation through the Dream-Building Program.

Their restaurant, "Wan Li Xiang," specializes in menu-free dining, focusing on fresh ingredients and a unique dining experience. They also developed vacuum-packed creative dishes, allowing customers to enjoy their cuisine at home. Wan Li Xiang not only satisfies the appetites of its patrons but also fulfills Shu-Yun’s dream of entrepreneurship. She intends to continue refining her craft, bringing even more culinary joy to diners.

"Pet Therapy" - Shang Ting & Shang Jing
Sisters Shang Ting and Shang Jing have found joy and comfort in their interactions with their dog, sparking their interest in pet care. With pet registrations in Taiwan steadily rising, they saw an opportunity to create a pet-friendly café, where pets and their owners could dine together.Yang Xinyi (left) and Huang Shuyun (right) opened the Wan Li Xiang Restaurant (Photo/Source: NIA FB)

Through the Dream-Building Program, they began crafting healthy pet treats. Each sister focused on their strengths: Shang Ting on business planning and marketing, and Shang Jing on designing recipes. They successfully created pet yogurt and established their own brand. The sisters are working tirelessly towards their dream of opening a café, hoping to provide a delightful dining experience for pets and their owners alike.
