Chiayi City is about to witness an unprecedented youth music storm! The 4th "Youth Festival" will take place from October 11th to October 20th, spanning 11 days, and is expected to attract tens of thousands of young people to gather at Chiayi Central Plaza to join this grand music feast dedicated to the youth. This year’s theme, “Rhythm Frenzy: Beats in Bloom,” will bring together professional performance teams from “Youth Beats” and local youth groups to create a dynamic stage filled with creativity and collaboration.

The event will reach its peak on the evening of October 19th with the "Blooming Beats" concert, featuring renowned artists such as Cosmos People, 163 braces, Li Haowei, and HAO Band, who will deliver electrifying live performances that ignite the crowd’s passion. Additionally, popular bands like Control T, Youth Power, Minsheng Electric, and Theseus will take the stage throughout the event, leading Chiayi’s youth to unleash their fearless energy through music.
The Smart Technology Division of the Chiayi City Government stated that as the youth cultural hub of the Yunlin-Chiayi region, Chiayi City aims to showcase the city’s innovative and experimental spirit through this event, encouraging young people to be brave in their endeavors and unleash their creativity. The core stage of the event, “Youth Beats,” not only invites professional teams to perform but also opens up opportunities for youth groups from Chiayi City, Chiayi County, and Yunlin County to participate. It provides a platform for young people to express themselves and create their unique rhythm of youth on stage.
The open call for event participants is currently underway, with registration open until September 9th.
