The "500 Bowls" snack guide from a Taiwanese viewpoint was chosen after recommendations from 50 gourmets, new immigrants, celebrities, well-known chefs, professionals, and stars in collaboration with the media and delivery platforms. Recently, 441 Taiwanese snack stores were listed as being highly recommended in Taiwan.
According to the various characteristics of each county and city, "500 Bowls of Taiwanese Snacks and Food Map" (500碗全台小吃美食地圖) also chooses the digital versions of selected food maps for Taipei MRT, Taipei Dadaocheng, Changhua Railway Station, Chiayi East District, Tainan Central and West District, Kaohsiung Yancheng District, and Pingtung City.

People have the chance to enter the lucky draw by delivering via Uber Eats, visiting 10 snacks on the 500-bowl list, taking a photo, posting it on their personal Facebook or Instagram, and writing "I have collected 10 500-bowl snacks and delicacies, let's challenge together." between now and August 31.
