The "2023 Taiwan Education Fair" took place in Mongolia. Ten Taiwanese institutions, both public and private, traveled to Ulaanbaatar to take part in the enrolling, highlighting the value that Taiwanese colleges have on Mongolian students. Several prominent Mongolian alumni who are now studying in Taiwan have been particularly invited to speak about their experiences studying abroad in order to promote the promotion of studying in Taiwan.

The "2023 Taiwan-Mongolia Higher Education Strategic Alliance Ceremony" was signed by a number of Taiwanese universities concurrently with the fair in order to broaden the scope of educational collaboration between Taiwan and Mongolia. Through exclusive interviews with the media, representatives of each school also discussed with the Mongolian populace the benefits of Taiwan's higher education system.

At the education fair, the representative office in Mongolia provided information to Mongolian students on Taiwan's current political and economic status, study abroad climate, scholarship opportunities, and other topics. It also extends a special invitation to friends from Taiwan and renowned Mongolian public and private universities to assist spread the word about the Taiwan Education Fair.

According to the representative office in Mongolia, Taiwan is a nation that generously supports overseas students with scholarships. Over 90% of international students in Taiwan are eligible for scholarships. The fact that Taiwan has one of the top ten higher education systems in the world is a significant factor in drawing international students to the country to pursue their studies.
