San Francisco International Airport (SFO) recently unveiled a new luxury lounge, The Club at SFO, located in the Harvey Milk Terminal 1 near Gate B4. This lounge is accessible with a Priority Pass membership, often included with premium travel rewards credit cards.
Designed to reflect Northern California's natural beauty, the lounge features double-height ceilings, redwood-inspired decor, and local wines and art. Covering 12,000 square feet, it accommodates 249 guests and is open daily from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. Guests can enjoy amenities like private rooms for calls, a family room, workout spaces, and "bioluminescence" rooms for relaxation.Inside the SFO club
Despite its stylish setting, the food options are underwhelming, with limited plant-based selections that fall short in flavor. However, the bar stands out, offering signature cocktails and exclusively serving California wines.
While the lounge provides a modern, elegant atmosphere, overcrowding is an issue, leading to waitlists during peak times. Overall, The Club at SFO offers a posh preflight experience but could improve in areas like food quality and managing guest capacity.
