In Lukang, Changhua County, an alleyway near the side entrance of Xinzu Temple has a painted wall that reads "Hello" in many languages. The artists are some international students enrolled in Taiwanese universities. They are from Pakistan, Vietnam, Iran, and Myanmar. Their goal is for Lukang to become a popular tourism destination for visitors from throughout the globe.

Chen Hui-ling (陳慧玲), the founder of the Lukang Miaokou Business District Association (鹿港廟口商圈協會), stated that she invited international students via Friendship in Taiwan, a non-profit travel agency that frequently plans trips for international students, since the Ministry of Economic Affairs has provided subsidized funds for environmental beautification. Lukang grows in popularity as a travel destination.

This time, a number of international students from Pakistan, Vietnam, Iran, Myanmar, and other nations took part in the painting project, according to Chen Hui-ling. Through this event, she also wishes to welcome travelers from across the world with the Lukang people.
