The Ministry of Culture Nantou County Branch Starts the New Immigrants' Social Building Training Course

The Cultural Affairs Bureau of Nantou County (南投縣政府文化局) handles Nantou County’s 2021 Social Construction Phase III and Village Cultural Development Program "Cultural Community Personnel Seed Training Course" (文化社造員種子培訓課程). The registration period is from now until August 18, 2021. Interested community workers, new immigrants, young students, and young farmers are invited to sign up and participate in community construction.

This course offers a variety of social issues, including new immigrants, local area creation, environmental protection and green energy, rural area tourism, traditional architecture, local culture and history, and sustainable community management. The courses will be conducted on August 21, August 28, and September 4, 2021. It is planned to include "How New Immigrants Can Participate in Community Affairs", "Taiwan Traditional Architecture and the Beauty of Local Culture and History", "Bazaar and Local Area Creation", a total of five courses.

In response to COVID-19, this course will be held both in a virtual and real method of "online synchronization" and "actual physical course". In addition to the online simultaneous live broadcast of the course, it will be in accordance with the control measures of the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC, 中央流行疫情指揮中心) and will continuously be adjusted in line with the principle of epidemic prevention measures to be open to interested personnel to participate in on-site physical courses.
