In order to present a collection of great stories of new immigrants to Taiwan, the [Taiwan Immigrants’ Global News Network] collaborates with National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior's podcast series [Culture Chat Room]. I This episode invites the two second-generation immigrants candidates of the Immigration Special Examination, Zhang Xiu-wen (張秀雯) from the Vietnamese language group, and Tang Li (湯立) from the English group, to share the key points of exam preparation, study plans, and daily routines for students who are interested in the Immigration Special Examination. [Taiwan Immigrants’ Global News Network] also compiled this episode into 5 languages including Chinese, English, Vietnamese, Thai and Indonesian for readers.

Zhang Xiu-wen (張秀雯), who applied for the Vietnamese language group, completed internships in Vietnam while she was in college, which gave her the notion to apply for the Immigration Special Examination. When preparing for the exam, she even wrote the Vietnamese vocabularies on the palm of her hand to memorize more words. In just one year, Zhang, who studied hard, rose to the top of the exam list. Tang Li (湯立), who graduated from Central Police University applied for the English group. He actively took part in several NIA events when he was a student. He was deeply taken care of by the NIA's second-generation immigrant training plan policy and hoped to become an immigrant officer stationed abroad to give back to the society.

The two great second-generation immigrants not only have a strong foundation in reading but also have developed daily routines and know how to handle pressure. Through sharing their experience, which can assist the second-generation students in applying for the Immigration Special Examination Immigration Special Examination and achieving their goals.
