The Mid-Autumn Festival is coming, and the new immigrants are homesick and many of them ask their relatives and friends in their hometowns to send some items to help them lessen their homesickness. The Keelung City Service Station of the North District Affairs Brigade of the National Immigration Agency (移民署北區事務大隊基隆市服務站) and the Keelung City Government (基隆市政) jointly organized the "Magic Family Happy Journey” and used picture cards in the course to promote the "New Knowledge about African Swine Fever", so that new immigrants and the Taiwanese people can have a better understanding of the precautions for the swine fever virus.

The Keelung City Service Station of the National Immigration Agency introduces welfare resources such as “Free Internet and Tablet and Laptop Rental Services for New Immigrants'', “Free Computer Courses for New Immigrants'', and ``New Unified Certificate Number for Foreigners'', and “Common Questions about the COVID-19 Vaccine Platform for Foreigners''. In addition, through public announcement, the "African Swine Fever Protection Lazy Pack (African Swine Fever Information Zone)" is promoted, providing new immigrant students with relevant information about living in Taiwan, and at the same time, they continue to appeal to new immigrants and to the Taiwanese people, to work together to guard Taiwan pigs and protect the safety of domestic agriculture and animal husbandry production.

Mao Chao-Li (毛兆莉), director of the Keelung City Service Station, said that Keelung Station was assisted by new immigrant groups, migrant workers' intermediary groups, new immigrants’ NGO groups, and interpreters at the station to disseminate information on the prevention of African swine fever and promote the important points that the new immigrants should be aware of. Such as, "Do not bring meat products back to Taiwan from abroad", "Do not smuggle animals or animal products back to Taiwan", "Do not throw away food waste containing unidentified meat products". Through the word of mouth of the new immigrants, it is hoped that meat products from unknown sources can be rejected to immediately contain the epidemic.
