Since NIA's mobile car services launched, it has gained much popularity among new residents. Taoyuan Service Center launches its mobile service car twice a month, from 10:00 to 12:00, to each household administration offices in Longtan, Daxi, Yangmei, Pingzhen, and Dayuan.
Mobile service cars mainly serve new residents and their families, including announcements of acts and counseling services. Interpreting services are also provided for new residents who just came to Taiwan and are not familiar with Mandarin.
Mobile service cars also undergo home visits to provide care and consultation services for families and help new residents to grasp all the latest information and regulations governing visiting, residency, and permanent residency to adapt to life in Taiwan.
