The 2023 Taiwanese American Cultural Festival, which introduced the locals to Taiwan's distinctive art, cuisine, children's play, etc., and attracted tens of thousands of attendees, recently took place in San Francisco, USA. The Performing Troupe of National Taiwan College of Performing Arts employed performances at temple fairs together with challenging folk stunt acts to help the public appreciate Taiwanese culture.

The Overseas Community Affairs Council organized teachers for the cultural booths put up at the festival, who taught calligraphy and other traditional skills, drawing large crowds to participate in the experience. In an effort to raise awareness of nearby Chinese language learning facilities, the six Taiwan Centers of Mandarin Learning in Northern California also put-up joint enrollment booths during the event.

San Francisco has hosted the Taiwanese American Cultural Festival for 30 years running. The Festival not only enables the globe to have a greater knowledge of Taiwanese culture, according to the president (陳柏伃) of TAP-SF, which is in charge of hosting the event. More links with the locals were developed as the event was being planned.
