The theme of this joint exhibition focuses on two significant locations: "Huang's Old House in Gangpu" and "Linyuan Ocean Wetland Park." These works present the unique characteristics of Linyuan, such as Huang's Old House in Gangpu, Anji Zhan, the Ocean Wetland Park, and the Linyuan Industrial Zone. Many of the pieces are filled with creative ideas, such as woodworking projects combined with quilling and pyrography, handmade soap, patchwork, and Kamishibai, showcasing the diverse talents of the students and teachers.

The inspiration for these works comes from the "Linyuan Astronomy and Ecology Photography Class" at the university, where students and teachers conducted guided tours and map-making activities. Starting last summer, these students and teachers carried out a series of guided tours of the Gangpu area and created a unique map of the area. Afterward, the students and teachers collected materials on-site, creating a series of art pieces rich in local flavor.

Wu Jixin, the director of Zhenggangyuan Community University, stated that in the past, students and teachers had to travel to the city to appreciate art exhibitions or showcase their learning achievements, with limited opportunities. Now, with the Linyuan Library providing an exhibition space, students and teachers can display their work right in their neighborhood. During the exhibition period, guided tours by students and teachers, talks by local artisans, on-site tours of the Gangpu area, and Kamishibai storytelling sessions will be held every Saturday afternoon, allowing more people to deeply appreciate the beauty of Linyuan.

The public is invited to visit the Linyuan Library to enjoy the beautiful exhibition of works by the university's faculty and students, and discover the unique beauty of Linyuan. Those interested in participating in related courses can register at the library service desk. The strong support from the Linyuan Library has made it easier for residents to engage in learning.
