The "112 Years Power of Women" (新女力創業加速器計畫) is run by the Foundation of Women’s Rights Promotion and Development in an effort to support opportunities for new immigrant women to launch businesses and to provide start-up capital subsidies in accordance with proposal needs. The Entrepreneurship Training Workshop in Hsinchu County is the location, and it is offered without charge. Through the communication of different business methods, the training will improve the trainees' network connections to industry resources. We welcome new immigrants who are interested in beginning a company or who have already done so, as well as middle-aged and elderly women who have recently begun a second job.

Since 2017, the Foundation has continuously operated “Power of Women" (新女力創業加速器計畫). It is anticipated that it will act as a standard for advancing women's fiscal liberties and tactical advancement. It contests for business planning proposals and offers entrepreneurship study classes across Taiwan to help women become more economically literate to raise money to support job advancement and life improvement.

The plan must only accept applicants who have begun or plan to start a company as requirements for the trainees they will be hiring. The country of new immigrant ladies is not restricted. (Indigenous people and people with disabilities will be offered preference for training credentials) Second, applicants must have taken government-sponsored business training classes (either in-person or online) between January 2022 and 2023. Applicants are qualified to take part in this program if they completed the instruction for 12 hours and received a diploma. If you’ve previously taken part in the seminars on entrepreneurship, then you are exempt from this limitation.

Business organizations are not permitted to join, but they are still invited to participate in the course study. Special consideration should be given to individuals who have won awards for two straight years or who have won more than three awards since it began. The training course is split into business counseling, entrepreneurship training workshops, and company visits. It will be conducted on June 12 and June 13 from 9:00 to 16:00. The number of participants is limited, and new immigrants who want to receive entrepreneurial bonuses are welcome to sign up. Career development strategies and evaluation suggestions are provided through in-depth consultation with lecturers to strengthen career physique and promote sustainable development.
