Singapore, Luxembourg, Qatar, the Republic of Ireland, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, the Republic of San Marino, and Brunei rank first and tenth, respectively, in the rating that is included in this study. Australia, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Taiwan, the Netherlands, Iceland, Austria, and Andorra are ranked 11th through 20th.
