- Amend legal to age 18 under Civil Code
Starting from January 1st, 2023, citizens who have reached the age of 18 are "persons with full capacity of conduct" in the Civil Code, and are able to engage in valid legal acts, such as purchasing lottery, applying for telephone numbers, bank accounts, credit cards, loans, signing contracts. The amendment also includes citizens who have reached the age of 18 are able to file civil and administrative lawsuits, start a company, become a director, and independently establish a medical statement.
