The annual event "Taitung Arts Festival" is back with the theme "Key of Memories," inviting renowned art groups from home and abroad to present a rich variety of performances. This year's Taitung Arts Festival will run from August 25 to November 23, held at the Taitung Art and Culture Center and the old Taitung Council in Taitung City, Taitung County.
The festival offers an array of spectacular performances, including theater, music, dance, and family programs, showcasing a diverse artistic landscape. Notably, the Pingtung Timor-Leste Dance Ensemble's "bulabulay mun? (How Are You?)" will be performed on November 23 at the Taitung Art and Culture Center's auditorium, with ticket prices ranging from 300 to 900 NT dollars.
The "10th Anniversary Memorial Concert of Li Tai-hsiang - Tradition and Vision VI by Li Ruoling" will be held on November 9. This concert is not only a musical feast but also a tribute to Li Tai-hsiang's musical achievements. The "Atayal Spirit Cultural Creative Theater" will be performed on October 26, offering a unique perspective on Atayal culture, with ticket prices ranging from 300 to 900 NT dollars. The comedy "Mom, Stop Messing Around!" will be staged on October 19, promising laughter and emotion, with ticket prices ranging from 300 to 1000 NT dollars.
The "Serbian Barber" opera concert is scheduled for October 13, enchanting the audience with exquisite singing and music, with ticket prices ranging from 300 to 1000 NT dollars. The "Silence!! Pss Pss" clown circus by Baccala Clown will be performed on October 11 and 12, bringing hilarious performances, with tickets priced at 600 NT dollars.
On September 28 and 29, the Taitung Art and Culture Center will host the second part of the dance drama "I・We," with ticket prices ranging from 300 to 900 NT dollars. Renowned violinist Chen Rui's solo concert will be held on September 20, with ticket prices ranging from 400 to 1500 NT dollars.
From September 12 to 15, "La Naissance" will be staged at the Taitung Performing Arts Creation Base, blending various art forms, with tickets priced at 500 NT dollars.
