According to PH, US sign '123 agreement' on nuclear energy | Global News (inquirer.net), on November 17, Philippine time, the Philippines and the United States signed the historic "123 agreement" on nuclear energy cooperation.

The legal foundation for permitting American businesses to export nuclear fuel, reactors, equipment, and other specialized nuclear materials to the Philippines is provided by the 123 agreement, sometimes known as the "peaceful nuclear cooperation agreement."

According to PH, US sign '123 agreement' on nuclear energy | Global News (inquirer.net), with Russia, China, Canada, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Japan, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam, among others, the US has 23 civil nuclear agreements.

The agreement was signed here, on the fringes of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit, in the presence of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
