[Taiwan Immigrants’ Global News Network] The "The Taiwan ICDF Scholarship" (高等人力培訓獎學金) of International Cooperation and Development Fund, Ministry of Foreign Affairs has begun. The deadline for applications is March 15th, 2023. All international students who are citizens of (developing) counties with diplomatic relations are eligible to receive full scholarship funding. (Including university, master, doctor, etc.).

With local colleges, Taiwan ICDF has collaborated in the worldwide the Taiwan ICDF Scholarship since 1998. Foreign students from (developing) counties with diplomatic relations are the main targets of the subsidies. 22 universities are now working with Taiwan ICDF, with all course’s methods in English only. This year, there are 33 bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs offered through the "The Taiwan ICDF Scholarship," including courses in science and engineering, agriculture, public health, business management, tourism, and catering. Qualified applicants will be awarded 200 scholarships.
According to Taiwan ICDF, in addition to foreign students from counties with diplomatic relations, many students from countries targeted by the New Southbound Policy or countries with diplomatic relations in South America and other regions also receive subsidies from this program.
