The migrant workers and new immigrants take up a considerable portion of the Taiwanese population.
Southwest Coast National Scenic Area Administration conducted an “Abang Kakak come and play” activity (阿邦嘎嘎來七逃), to promote local tourism in the Southwest coast of Taiwan.
With an ID card, an international passport or Migrant workers and new immigrants can get a free one-day transportation ticket (台灣好行-61西濱快線) at the Singing Bus Station (新營客運總站) offers a free one-day transportation ticket (台灣好行-61西濱快線) to migrant workers and new immigrants. The free tickets are limited to 200 in total. Migrant workers and new immigrants have to bring supporting documents (ID card, international passport, residence permit) to get the ticket.

With the one-day ticket, people can take the “61 West Coast Express” (61西濱快線) and the “61-1 branch”(61-1支線). The tickets will also be sold to passengers at a discount price of NT$100.
The activity is maned after the Indonesian word “Abang” and “Kakak.”As the Muslim festival, Eid al-Fitr ends in May, the organizers hope to invite foreigners to come to visit the Southwest coast of Taiwan by taking the 61 West Coast Expressway.
The bus route includes many stores that are certified as a Muslim Friendly Environment (MFE).
