The "Multicultural Regional Revitalization Camp for Children of New Immigrants" (新二代多元文化在地創生培育營) held by National Immigration Agency which is envisaged that the second-generation immigrants would be able to mix Taiwan's local traits with innovation and diversity to generate new local qualities. An estimated 50 participants will be recruited to the five-day course, which will include a visit at the National Museum of Marine Science and Technology and other locations.

Visits to locations with a local multicultural flair, as well as local creation and sharing, are all included in the course preparation. National Immigration Agency will cover the cost of board and lodging, insurance, and course materials; however, registered students are responsible for their own personal costs as well as round-trip transportation costs. In addition, students are expected to comply with all applicable rules and complete the required number of study hours. Following the course, a results presentation will be organized, and the top three applicants will each earn a NT$6,000 incentive.
