The athletes were reportedly thrilled with Jinzun Harbor's flawless waves, which were caused by the northeast monsoon, according to the Taitung County Government. This time, the representatives for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, Japan's Shino Matsuda, and Saffi Vette of New Zealand, the youngest athlete from Taiwan, Chen Bo-yu competed on November 8.

Regarding this year's Surf Music Festival, the Taitung County Government's Transportation and Tourism Development Department said that on November 11 and 12, ten different independent music groups will take the stage.
The Taitung County Government setup a designated shuttle bus during the Surf Music Festival to make it easier for visitors to get to and from the event location, according to the Transportation and Tourism Development Department. On the hour, reserved shuttle buses are offered throughout the 11:00–16:00 time frame. For details on transportation, kindly visit the official website.
