Changhua County Government has been guiding tourist related business to get the Halal Certification in order to build a halal friendly environment. Li, the owner of Juin Meei food corporation in Lukang Township Changhua County, has been working on getting a Halal certification for his vegetarian restaurant, and this will be the second restaurant to have the Halal certificate in Changhua County.
