Five brand-new train types that the Taiwan Railways Administration imported a few days ago arrived in Taiwan. The most recent Japanese E500 electric locomotive is one of the primary types, and it is the first Japanese-made electric locomotive for both passenger and freight usage to be launched in Taiwan. It will function as the traction jobs of Chu-Kuang Express, Tze-Chiang Limited Express, and tourism trains in the future, making up TRA's all-around operating fleet.
At the Pingtung Chaozhou Railway Cultural Park, the new E500 electric locomotive that TRA had acquired was first shown to the public. Commemorative items were then offered for sale. It is available for purchase online and in physical locations.

Aside from being offered online, commemorative items featuring the TRA E500 electric locomotives may be purchased in all Taiwan Railway Shops and TRA lunch restaurant sales sites in Taiwan.
