Dr. Snow, who has been taking care of generations of families, is now accused of abusing dozens of women during their visits. Over the next three years, during more than 40 visits, Snow says Dr. Farley subjected her to repeated sexual abuse, using scare tactics to conduct prolonged and unnecessary exams. Snow describes that her upbringing in the LDS Church made her particularly vulnerable, as the church often places men in unquestioned positions of authority.

In 2009, at her first appointment without her mother, despite knowing she was not sexually active, Farley suggested a hymenectomy, claiming it would "make sex more pleasurable." When she declined, he became aggressive and performed the procedure without her full consent, leaving her in excruciating pain.Clackamas County District Attorney John Wentworth said it was "absurd" to suggest his office did not want to prosecute Farley. Years later, Snow realized she had been abused after seeing another doctor who told her that the frequency and nature of her previous exams were highly abnormal. When she tried to speak out, her family warned her against going public due to Farley's status in the community. Farley's medical license was eventually revoked, and an investigation by the Oregon Medical Board confirmed misconduct.

However, attempts to prosecute him faced significant challenges, with law enforcement and district attorneys often dismissing or mishandling the women's complaints. Despite this, Snow and other victims continue to fight for justice, seeking accountability through a civil suit and pushing for recognition of the harm done to them.
