The Hualien County Service Station and Special Service Team of the Northern District Affairs Brigade of the Immigration Department held a family education and law publicity course for new residents, and invited Mr. Shi from Guowo Studio to share his life ideas of "waste not waste", encouraging new residents to make good use of recycling at home items, recycling. The Hualien District Prosecutor's Office jointly carried out an anti-election campaign, calling on the new residents' families to serve as the gatekeepers of democracy.

Modern people live in a tight rhythm and focus on leisure life. Camping and picnics are becoming more and more popular. Teacher Shi led everyone to make pallets that can be used for outdoor activities using discarded wooden boards and tiles at home. Let children get close to nature, but also unite family emotions. While bringing children in contact with nature, bring in the concept of environmental protection; clean up and take away the generated garbage at the end of the activity.

Director of the Hualien County Service Station, Chao-Ren Hu, said that it is not easy for new residents to obtain ID cards and have the right to vote after coming to Taiwan for more than four years. He hopes that the new residents can exercise their citizenship rights, participate in Taiwan's democratic politics, and vote enthusiastically. Putting an end to election bribery is a civil society responsibility that every voter must undertake. Today, we especially cooperate with the Hualien District Prosecutor's Office to promote the anti-bribery concept of "everyone is responsible for reporting bribery".
