Trainees can work at other businesses or supermarkets after finishing their training, which would help Taiwan's labor force grow.

Because of this, she gained comprehensive training through the training classes offered by the Ministry of Labor, including working language and practical management, and following the training, she was successfully employed, which made her feel quite at ease. In addition to helping many displaced women for re-employment, more than half of the trainees found employment in retail sales after completing the training.
