According to the Ministry of Culture, the Taiwanese drama "The Making of an Ordinary Woman 2 (俗女養成記2)" won the Special Award for Foreign Drama at the 14th edition of the International Drama Festival in Tokyo. The Korean drama "Vincenzo," starring Korean actor Song Joong-ki, and the popular Thai drama "2gether" were also honored with this award.
Following the "A Boy Named Flora A (花甲男孩轉大人)" in 2018, "The Making of an Ordinary Woman 2" is the second Taiwanese drama to receive this award.
