In the selection of the world's best travel destinations, Phu Quoc Island has successfully risen to become the second-best island globally, just behind the Maldives and surpassing Bali, Indonesia. According to Vietnam's Resolution No. 80/NQ-CP, foreign tourists can enter visa-free for up to 30 days, further enhancing the island's tourism appeal.

The island also offers many unique entertainment facilities, such as Sunset Town and the Kiss Bridge, providing rich cultural experiences and making it an ideal vacation destination for many international tourists. Notably, Sunset Town, with an investment of $157.4 million, offers 24-hour non-stop entertainment experiences. Additionally, the Sun World Hon Thom Nature Park's cable car system has become a must-visit attraction for tourists.

In the first half of 2024, Phu Quoc Island welcomed nearly 2,000 international flights, an increase of 186% compared to the same period last year.
