According to the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Neri Naig-Miranda, a well-known Filipina actress and mompreneur, has achieved something remarkable once again. Specifically, purchasing a home in Baguio. On her Instagram feed, Naig posted a picture of her just acquired property with joy.
“We have a residence in Baguio now, the Hillside Residence.” Given the substantial distance between where she and her family live and Baguio, Miranda listed three reasons why they still chose to have a house in Banguio.

One reason is because she launched a Thai restaurant there named Lime and Basil. Another reason is that she graduated from the University of Baguio's business program. Last but not least, she was actually seeking a rest stop there.
Besides, she has expressed her excitement that her family will be celebrating Christmas and New Year in the new house. “We rented house for 24 years. No matter how small or how far away in the province, we had nothing as our own ancestral house. That is why my husband and I work so hard to save money so that we can give our kids houses.”
