The applicant needs to be the child's biological parents, according to the Hsinchu County Government. After the kid has finished their birth registration, first household registration, or child household registration transfer, they have three days to file an online application. If just one parent or the primary caregiver submits an application, you must gather the necessary supporting documentation and apply in person at the counter of the municipal office where the child's household registration is kept.
