The Changhua Moon Shadow Lantern Festival & Christmas Light-up Event has been launched recently at Changhua County Art Museum (彰化縣立美術館). There were mind-blowing performances presented to the participants. Moreover, Mayor of Changhua County - Wang Hui Mei (王惠美) and the chairman of SONG RIVER (音樂河社會福利協會) - Ruan Hui Ling (阮慧玲) celebrated the Christmas festival together with VIP guests.
From today until February 15, 2022, the lights will be on from 17:30 to 22:00 every night. The decorations are installed and displayed in Changhua County Art Museum (彰化縣立美術館), Baguashan Great Buddha Scenic Area (八卦山大佛風景區), and Skywalk (天空步道). It is hoped that visitors would be able to enjoy Christmas vibes by admiring light zones and experiencing the beauty of nature.

Mayor Wang stated that the Christmas tree at the Changhua County Art Museum resembles a gigantic cake, making the atmosphere full of festive vibes and blessings. The theme combines Christmas and the 300th anniversary of the founding of the county. There are also dance performances such as the Sha Ling Wu (沙鈴舞) of the new immigrants festival and a series of Christmas songs by the Changhua City Church. Together with a cute & playful gingerbread man and a miniature train, the old and the young have an enjoyable night here.

On December 25 and 26, from 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm, there will be special guests including raccoon brother from YOYO TV, puppet theater, bug circus, stunt magic show, etc. It is hoped that this would be a memorable event for participants of the event.
