The acting mayor of Kaohsiung, Ye Kuangshi, states that according to statistics in October this year, the number of tourists from Southeast Asia to Taiwan was about 240,000, and about 2 million people were estimated throughout the year. Among them, Muslim tourists came to Taiwan accounted for about 1.5% of all, and the market output value was as high as 2 billion NTD.
