Crystal Tapioca Balls are a typical food found in regions like Changhua and Chiayi. Pork, mushrooms, or red bean paste can be put inside the outer shell, which is composed of potato, cassava, or sweet potato starch. The tastes can be sweet or salty. Many Chiayi people have grown up enjoying this delicacy, which is best served cold after being steamed.

Every month, the service center hosts legal publicity events and family education programs for new immigrants.
