National Immigration Agency (NIA) of the Ministry of the Interior promotes the “New Immigration Digital Application Information Project”, providing free information courses for new residents. A creative activity “Collecting Stamps & Enjoy Beitou” (集章暢遊樂北投) was also held on October 30, 2021.

The activity enables new residents to visit the Beitou living environment with their families. In the geothermal valley full of sulfur fumes and with the century-old train station, they are able to experience the rich and diverse ecology, humanities and cultures.

Besides, the use of the application is also included in the activity which boosts interactivity and engagement. As long as you explore the surroundings of Beitou Park and arrive at the designated locations, you can collect stamps and listen to the broadcasts explaining the history of the attractions. The participants will be able to have an in-depth understanding of Beitou cultures which offers both educational information and entertainment.
