The Changhua County Government arranged the "112 Annual Adult Basic Education Seminar and New Immigrant Literacy Class" (112年度成人基本教育研習班及新住民識字班) in order to cultivate new immigrants who have recently immigrated to Taiwan to learn Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities to expand their fundamental living knowledge. Welcome to registration, interested foreigners and new immigrants should get in touch with Department of Education, Changhua County Government or one of the organizations offering classes in the county's many townships and municipalities.

This year, Department of Education, Changhua County Government has launched a total of 24 courses in accordance with the Ministry of Education's plan (including 6 classes for adult education seminars and 18 classes for new immigrants’ literacy classes). Each session lasts 72 hours, and the class units include the township offices of 4 townships, 7 primary schools, (美港西社區大學) (Changhua County Shengang Junior High School), etc. Please visit the class unit to register and inquire the schedule and location of the class. Individuals can learn at the classroom facility close to their home township.
To help new immigrants integrate into Taiwan as quickly as possible and further their education, those who took part in the study and earned the certificate of completion of the advanced class of adult basic education—i.e., who finished the elementary school of which attached to the extension school—can be linked to the advanced section of the school.
