Every time you travel abroad, long flights often cause back pain, especially in limited seat space, making the body feel uncomfortable. To avoid these small issues from ruining your travel mood, mastering a few simple methods can effectively relieve discomfort, allowing you to arrive at your destination feeling refreshed.

  1. Move before takeoff to promote blood circulation
While waiting to board, don’t just focus on your phone. Try walking around to promote blood circulation. Especially before long flights, moving a bit and warming up your body will help you fall asleep more easily on the plane.

  1. Stay warm to avoid slow blood circulation
The temperature on planes is usually low, which can slow blood circulation and lead to muscle stiffness. Remember to bring a jacket or borrow a blanket from the flight attendants to keep warm and prevent muscle soreness caused by the cold.

  1. Adjust your sitting posture to reduce muscle pressure
Maintaining proper posture is key to avoiding soreness. Rest your head on the seat, keep your back pressed against the chair, place your feet flat on the floor, and maintain an angle of about 85 to 90 degrees between your body and thighs and between your thighs and calves. 1. Shoulder and neck exercises to quickly relieve fatigue
If you feel stiffness in your neck and shoulders, try simple exercises. Let your arms hang naturally and rotate your shoulders 360 degrees forward and backward for 90 seconds each. This will relax your neck and shoulder muscles and relieve fatigue.

    2. Don’t eat too much to avoid increasing abdominal pressure
Eating too much can increase abdominal pressure, causing tension in the lower back muscles and leading to back pain. It’s advisable to eat moderately before and during the flight to keep your body more comfortable.

By following these five tips, you can make your flight more comfortable, say goodbye to back pain, and enjoy every trip.
