『Reaching Beyond Borders with Video to Build Connections』 - Zheng Cuixuan, Zheng Lingqiao, Chen Yuxin, Chen Hongquan & Chen Yizhen
Zheng Cuixuan and her sister, Zheng Lingqiao, are from Vietnam. When they first arrived in Taiwan, they faced language challenges. Starting from Chinese phonetic symbols, Cuixuan quickly mastered pronunciation. Once proficient in Chinese, she created an online channel to share her life experiences and produce Chinese language teaching videos, helping more Vietnamese new immigrants adapt to Taiwan.
Cuixuan teamed up with her friends, Chen Yuxin, Chen Hongquan, and Chen Yizhen, to participate in the Dream Building Program. Together, they designed engaging teaching content, upgraded their equipment to improve video quality, and continued to update their language teaching materials, becoming an essential resource for Vietnamese new immigrants learning Chinese and understanding Taiwan.Zheng Cuixuan (left 1), Zheng Lingqiao (left 2), and Chen Yizhen (right 1) receive the Social Impact Award (Photo / from NIA Facebook)
