The inaugural e-commerce carnival event was hosted by the Administration for Digital Industries, MODA. The administration also hosted an e-commerce trend discussion and welcomed many influential people from the e-commerce sector to discuss potential developments, in addition to hosting approximately 40 booths and more than 50 Taiwanese and foreign businesses offering experience market activities.

In addition to PChome Thai, Pinkoi, Amazon Global Store, coupang, EasyStore, and other Taiwanese and foreign e-commerce index platform operators, the Administration for Digital Industries, MODA, stated that the e-commerce carnival also invited Thai Trade Office and Malaysian Friendship and Trade Center to participate and look forward to opening up the global market and realizing cross-border e-commerce without borders together in the future.

The carnival includes discussions on the business opportunities and challenges that AI brings to the e-commerce industry, the experience and accomplishments of retail department store operators through the integration of virtual and reality through e-commerce layout, cases of e-commerce entrepreneurship and international market development, in addition to offering the most recent e-commerce technology experience. A discussion forum also focuses on how to utilize AI to increase the effectiveness of e-commerce operations, how to leverage data for cost-effective, precise marketing, and how to employ XR technology to enhance the online buying experience.
