Whether it is the new immigrants’ articles, paintings, and award-winning visual works, the integration of local cultures and cultural pluralism fully demonstrates Taiwan's rich culture & humanities.
One of the winners, teacher Yang Shui Fen (楊水粉) from National Changhua Special School, participated in the overseas empowerment program to accompany new immigrant families to visit relatives in Vietnam. She expressed her gratitude towards NIA that the activities organized allowed multicultural exchanges to take root in education in Taiwan.
