The "Dadaocheng Summer Festival" will be held at Yanping Riverside Park this year, according to the Department of Information and Tourism, Taipei City Government. In addition to the fireworks show, more activities will be added, and the surrounding water ships and shores will also be decorated. The colorful lighting decorations add a beautiful atmosphere to the night scene. Moreover, there are markets, foreign food, and cycling challenges around Taipei.

According to the director of the Department of Information and Tourism, Taipei City Government, the Dadaocheng Summer Festival will run from July 20 to August 20 this year. Regardless of the day of the week or the holiday, there will be fantastic theme activities every day. Every Wednesday, fireworks will be let off at 8:30 p.m., and the last day of the festival will feature big fireworks show.

The competition this year now included a cycling challenge. One can get a limited number of presents and welcome the public to see the stunning landscape of the Keelung River and the Danshui River by riding a riverfront bicycle and completing a 66-kilometer cycling tour around the riverbank.
