[Taiwan Immigrants’ Global News Network] According to the World Health Organization, insufficient physical activity has become the fourth largest risk factor affecting global mortality, and 6% of the annual mortality rate is related to it. The International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF) cooperates with various public health and medical chronic disease prevention and control programs implemented in partner countries to produce the first sports video that combines Taiwan's image “Taiwan moves forward: staying active for world health!" allows the public to exercise easily and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Taiwan.

Presented in English subtitles, the video invites new immigrants and professional fitness coaches to shoot at 11 popular scenic spots in Taiwan, including Taipei 101, Xia-Hai City God Temple, Yangming Mountain Thermal Valley, Jiufen and Hualien Taroko.

Following a brief, four-minute workout video for couple more times, and the exercise will increase your heart and lung function while also allowing one to take in the beautiful Taiwanese countryside while being coached by a professional.
