Taipei Arts Festival, which promotes Taipei's multiculturalism and the idea of fostering intercommunal harmony via artistic expression, is ready to enter its 25th year. The subject for this year is “Dancing Ecosystems,” which uses ecological methods and ideas to address how people and natural ecosystems interact in the post-epidemic period.
