On April 22, Earth Day, Department of Education of Kinmen County Government organized the "Kinmen English Day" activity. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations were the focus of the activity, and through an English game, the participating students were guided to comprehend global environmental issues, develop the virtue of environmental protection, and implement the spirit of loving the earth in daily life.

The game of Kinmen English Day activities includes seven main themes: "Climate Action," "Protection of Oceans and Marine Resources," "Protection of Terrestrial Ecology," "Affordable Clean Energy," "Sustainable Towns and Communities," "Sustainable Consumption and Production Model," and "Sustainable Towns and Communities." Also in Kinmen County, teachers from 25 elementary and middle schools collaborated to plan and create a multicultural English game. More than 700 students attended the activity that day.

According to the Department of Education, Kinmen County Government, in order to increase students' English proficiency over time, the county government has sent English Teaching Assistants (ETAs) and international teachers to each school to help with English teaching courses. In addition to giving kids more opportunity to use English, this English game also gives students, parents, and foreign teachers a chance to communicate. This allows children to improve their English skills via regular English dialogues.
