[Taiwan Immigrants’ Global News Network] On Friday (February 17th), the yearly "Sheep run" that Qingjing Farm in Taiwan's Nantou County hosts began. The 112 sheep are chosen to commemorate the 62nd anniversary of the Qingjing Farm. With the help of experienced shepherds, the sheep started their 2-kilometer walk along the portions of Provincial Highway 14. The sheep were carefully followed by a large number of tourists who came from near and far to capture their every move. Because to the COVID-19 epidemic, the lovely event was paused for three years before returning this year. Qingjing Farm also posted a video of the "Sheep run" on Facebook, in which a rare and spectacular scene of a hundred sheep running forward.

Director of Qingjing Farm (林中行), said that through the "Sheep run", tourists can experience the farm environment which develops tourism. Now the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and the green grassland surrounded by hills is full of beautiful pink cherry blossoms. Spring flowers bloom in February. The season is the best time to come to Qingjing Farm to enjoy flowers and outings and get close to the cute sheep.
